When the housing is damaged full display replacement is the option. Frame dents, bent corners, liquid exposure in the display area, cracked bezels. These situations mean we cant just swap the panel. The whole assembly needs to be replaced.
Full display replacement swaps everything. New housing, new panel, new camera module, new backlight assembly. Its more extensive than LCD only and costs accordingly. But sometimes its what the MacBook needs.
